Mindshot 36: Great Ideas Make Me Fly
I’m sure you know this feeling when you are working on a project or searching for THE ONE idea. After hours of researching, combining and trying, you suddenly feel that you got it! After a few thoughts you often realize that it wasn’t the one and you have to try harder. But this special moment when I think I got it, always makes me fly.
Selected Illustrations 2015 On Behance
I just published a new project on Behance. It’s a selection of selection of various illustrations I created in 2015. Some are commissioned, some are personal works. Since my childhood, I have enjoyed working with pencils, watercolours and ink. Now, I combine the elements digitally to create the illustrations. Mainly the subjects are portraits as well as product and sport related. Thank you for taking a look and wish you a happy 2016!
Mindshot 35: Revolution Has Changed
A few days ago I had a conversation with a friend about the horrible situation in Syria and Iraq and how it all began. We had an intense discussion about the role of social media in starting a revolution. I had this picture in my mind while we were talking.
Scribble Portrait: Ibrahimovic
Another speed portrait. This time it’s Zlatan. This took about one hour and was drawn as fast as possible.
Mindshot 34: Water Is Precious
Mindshot 33 (Untitled)
Fragrance Illustration: Bulgari
I remember that I worked almost two days on this one. I desperately tried to use various blue tones on that, until I noticed that one dark blue looks right enough.
Mindshot 32: Money-Talk
Talking about money, career and business 24/7.
Scribble Portrait: Buffon
Trying a new portrait technique by drawing lines as fast as possible. This one took about two hours.
Mindshot 31: Everyone Needs A Break Sometimes
Fragrance Illustrations On Behance
I published a new project on Behance. It’s series of illustrated fragrance bottles (i.e. Chanel, Bulgari, Versace and more).
Sport Illustration: Mario Balotelli
Hope he’s going to the European Championship for Italy next year!
